Q – I want to buy the REM200 for my Remington 597, do I need one of your tools to adjust the sight and if so which one?
A – The windage can usually be adjusted with your fingers and if it is a little stiff a penny in the slot of the windage screw will work. The elevation dial can be moved with a pointed object like the tip of a golf tee. The TS211 has a small spanner wrench on it that will work on the elevation dial and the windage knob so it makes the job easier. (See Accessories).

Attached is a picture of a golf ball I picked off the top of a coke can from about 30 yards with my 597 with Tech Sights. The Tech Sights on my 597 are flawless and insanely accurate!
I ordered them and they were delivered in a timely manner, installation couldn’t have been easier (though I do have a bull barrel on my 597 so I had to get a gunsmith drill and tap a hole in the front for the front sight), sighting it in took about 5min and after that I’ve been hitting everything I’m aiming at. Not only hitting coke cans but caps off of other coke bottles.
These sights are excellent!

I have these Tech Sights on all of my Remington 597’s. They are by far the best aperture sight I’ve found. Click adjustable, with repeatable adjustments. On my rifles the click values are 5/8ths MOA per click. I use these as Project Appleseed loaner rifles. Also the slings are hands down the best aftermarket web sling available. Quality web and hardware. The craftsmanship really shows.

I ordered a pair of tech sights for my Remington 597. They were shipped fast and I had them at my house in just a few days. Installation was easy, a little blue Loctite and a smaller flathead screwdriver is all you need. I took it to the range and sighted it in at 10 yards and I didn’t have to move anything, sights were right on. I will be using this .22 for running my trapline and I wanted a set of robust and easy to adjust iron sights to make using this gun simple and effective. A great product!

Purchased for Beeman RX2 (Weihrauch HW90) (rear peep only) and a second complete (front and rear) for a Remington 597. Included optional peep dia. Package for both sets as well. Easy to mount and sighted both rifles in at 50 yards just fine. Hunting rifles so bench rest accuracy isn’t required but I can get an inch MOA at that range pretty consistent with occasional fliers either ammo or twitch related. Solid units on both rifles. I’d like to get that AR style front sight made for the Beeman RX2 so I could replace the stock globe sight, not an option currently. That’d be sick though. I know the cats at the range were giving my 597 the once over when I brought it out. Until they heard the pew pew and realized it’s not what they thought. Hahaha
